Time for Three has a hit YouTube anti-bullying, music video called Stronger, and it has inspired students around the globe.
Time for Three is a trio of musicians who played together for fun while students at Philadelphia’s Curtis Institute for Music. Tf3, for short, is a charismatic ensemble with a reputation for limitless enthusiasm and no musical boundaries. Violinists Zachary De Pue and Nicolas Kendall first discovered their mutual love of fiddling in the country western and bluegrass styles. Then bassist Ranaan Meyer introduced them to his deep roots in jazz and improvisation.
After considerable experimentation, the three officially formed Tf3, the world’s first classically-trained garage band!
To date, the group has performed over a thousand engagements as diverse as its music. Thanks to “Friends of Story & Song” (Mark & Donna Paz Kaufman, Lee & Bruce Buchanan, and Sinda Nichols & Will Howery), who have sponsored TF3’s appearance at the Chamber Music Festival, you, too, can enjoy world-class talent the likes of which you’ve never seen!
Their hit YouTube anti-bullying video Stronger, featured on CNN and the Huffington Post, has inspired students around the globe.
The concert is May 22nd, at 7:00 PM, at Walkers Landing on the Omni Amelia Island Plantation.
