1 1/2 Cup of instant rice
1 Cup of orange juice
Pork chops (approximately 1 lb.)
Pineapple rings and a dozen maraschino cherrys.
Put dry rice in a 13x9x2 casserole dish. Pour orange juice over rice.
Brown the pork chops in a lightly greased skillet.
Place on top of the rice.
Place pineapple rings and cherry on top of chops.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour
