The sound of a heartbeat reverberated throughout the Council on Aging building in Fernandina Beach as the Adult Day Healthcare group celebrated Valentine’s Day with local Drum Circle members, seniors, Fernandina Beach High School students and COA Volunteers. Willow Embry, COA volunteer and local drum circle member led the group to make the connection bewteen their heart health and the heart celebrated holiday.
