Wasabi Glazed Tilapia
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 Teaspoon wasabi powder, or to taste
1/2 Teaspoon sugar
4 (4 to 6 ounce) Tilapia fillets (Grouper, halibut or flounder work well, too)
- -Combine the soy sauce, wasabi powder, sesame oil and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
-Place the tilapia in a lightly buttered 8X8 inch baking dish and brush generously with the marinade.
-Place on a rack in a broiler pan or on a grill rack.
-Broil or grill for 6 minutes.
-Turn and brush with the remaining marinade.
-Broil or grill for 5 minutes longer or until the tilapia flakes easily.
