The Mouth of Amelia has tippied us off to another White Oak Conservation Center tour offering this Sunday.
The Mouth of Amelia has tippied us off to another White Oak Conservation Center offering in Yulee, Florida. They are offering specialized tours, presentations, and a delightful lunch. An exciting silent auction will include once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, including behind-the-scenes experiences at White Oak Conservation Center.
This unique experience gives guests the opportunity to see and learn about some of the magnificent wildlife at White Oak, including the elusive okapi and the Grevy’s zebra.
White Oak Conservation Center is one of the world’s premiere wildlife breeding, research, and training facilities. All funds raised at “A Celebration of White Oak” will go directly to funding wildlife conservation programs.
WHO: Please contact Brandy Carvalho to inquire about bringing children.
WHY: This wonderful opportunity to visit White Oak gives visitors the chance to see what the Conservation Center is all about. It is also a fundraiser for White Oak. When you observe all the programs that they are involved with, you will see that your time and contribution are well spent!!! (The Mouth was just there last week for a delightful tour, “It is a very VERY special place, right in our own backyard!”)
COST: $150 per person. Space is limited for the event, and they sold out early last time. Tickets are offered at $150 per person and are available now. They can be purchased by calling 904-225-3396 or visiting the website. Of the $150 ticket price, $75 is tax-deductible.
Please do not hesitate to contact Brandy if you have any questions!
