NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nassau County Solid Waste Task Force shall meet on a monthly basis on the second Thursday of each month, with the exception of the month of November 2010. The meeting dates for 2010 are as follows:

The group will meet from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers located at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida. The group works to identify and explore ways to reduce the amount of solid waste going into landfills, and increase the volume of material recycled in the county.
The public is invited to be present. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings and that for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the evidence and testimony upon which the appeal is to be based.
